We present our Scheme compliance data, as reported by the heat suppliers for our registered heat networks and the Energy Ombudsman, including statistics on consumer complaints and supply interruptions. We also summarise our Scheme growth, activities and updates during the period as well as our wider consumer advocacy and regulatory engagement. Our report frames our findings and work in the context of the government's planned statutory regulation for heat networks.

We are pleased to see our Scheme membership continue to increase, meaning we protect more consumers than ever before. Registering with Heat Trust remains the best way for heat suppliers to prepare for regulation.
